ASIT Antistatic Woodcore Access Panel is made of high-density chipboard. The top surface is stuck with High Pressure Laminate (HPL) or Conduct PVC or granite, the bottom is covered with aluminum foil or galvanized steel sheet. Four edges are sealed with black PVC edge trim.
Wood core raised floor Panel system is high density wood chipboard, it is available with thickness of 28~38mm for structures with or without stringers.
Panels are based om a 600mm square module constructed around the woodcore. The walking surface can be realized in various range of materials, such as HPL, PVC, ruber, galvanized steel, etc. The bottom side can be sheltered by an aluminum foil, galvanized steel sheet or coated steel sheet. The panel edges are then limiated with self-extinguishing, non-creaking black plastic materials which provides protection the core and surface covering. Electrical continuity is provided through the panel construction to the steel base and hence to the pedestals.
